• Select the voucher that best suits you and select the number of vouchers that you want to buy.
• Click on buy now and you will be taken to a secure payment checkout area, where you could use your credit card to buy the voucher online or you could transfer the money through your own online banking facility.
• Once the order is confirmed a confirmation email will be sent to you straight away.
• Once payment is processed we will email the vouchers to you which you could print out.
• Persons under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Prices exclude GST. Credit card fee will apply.

The booking process:

• The person with the gift voucher or nominee could email/call us to book a fishing trip at their convenience.
• We will endeavor to give them a date of their choice depending on the availability, otherwise they will have to work in with our schedule and take a date that we offer.
• The Gift Voucher is valid for 6 Months from the date of purchase. (Note that half day /evening trips will only operate during daylight saving time). If you purchase a short day / evening trip voucher please make sure it can be used during daylight saving time ,or you can upgrade it to a full day trip at a small charge extra. We operate all year through so you have plenty of time to book in and enjoy the fishing trip.
• Please be advised that booking for weekends are subject to availability and sometimes the demand is very high, So please be flexible when purchasing these vouchers to get your fishing trip booked. 
• You MUST complete the trip within 6 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellations:

No refunds on purchased gift vouchers - Once purchased the trips will have to be completed. 

• Once a booking is made for you and a date is confirmed the trip cannot be cancelled or rescheduled if it is within 7 days of the scheduled date of the trip.
• If it is outside 7 days we may consider rescheduling depending on availability.
• The voucher is forfeited if you fail to turn up (No Show) on a scheduled trip. No rescheduling will be allowed.
• Vouchers are transferable, so if you cannot make it on a scheduled date for any unforeseen reason - you may nominate someone to take your place and complete the trip. Nominated persons must have the voucher with them to be handed over to the skipper on the day. 
• We have the right to cancel the trip at any time due to unsuitable weather or any unforeseen circumstances.
• If in extreme circumstances we offer you dates which you consistently decline due to your own commitments and are not flexible in accepting the dates offered and the vouchers are still within the 6 months validity period, We will refund the cost minus $50 per person / voucher which will be retained as an admin fee. Also any credit card fee that was paid during the time of purchase is not refundable. 

IMPORTANT : The evening trips will operate only during New Zealand Daylight Saving period.
